5. No Refunds and Community Conduct

Membership in The Better Days Crew is non-refundable. Members may be removed from the community at any time, without refund, for behavior that violates our Terms of Service, including:

• Threatening, harassing, or intimidating other members or staff;
• Rude, malicious, hateful, or discriminatory behavior;
• Inappropriate or sexually explicit content or conduct;
• Profanity directed at other members;
• Romantic or sexual advances toward members or staff; and
• Any other behavior that disrupts the safety or experience of the community.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Services may reference or link to third-party content, products, or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or practices of any third party. Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.
